2026 Unlock MLS/ABoR Boards of Directors Election

This year, five, three-year term positions for 2026-2028 are being filled.

Note: No more than two Directors may be from the same company, meaning a candidate with a lower amount of votes may be disqualified if they would be the third member from the same company. For more information, please see the ABoR Bylaws here.

Please note: The list of nominees does not yet include any members who may be added to the ballot through the petition process described below. 

Petition Process 

In accordance with the ABoR Bylaws (Article X, Section G), members may nominate additional candidates through a petition process. To qualify: 

1. A petition must include original and/or electronic signatures from at least 1% of eligible Primary or Secondary REALTOR® members, 

2. No more than 25% of signatures may come from any one company. 

Interested members should email executive@abor.com for additional information. 

Petitions must be submitted by September 1, 2025. 

Once verified by staff, eligible petition candidates will be added to the official ballot for the member-wide election, held September 15–18, 2025. 

Each spring, ABoR launches an extensive nominating process, open to all eligible members. We extend our sincere thanks to the 2025 Vetting Committee for their dedication and service throughout this important process:
