Supra KEY Reciprocity

Unlock MLS maintains key reciprocity agreements with the following MLSs: 

• Houston Association of REALTORS® 

• San Antonio Board of REALTORS® 

• Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® 

• Highland Lakes Association of REALTORS®

We’re always looking for products and collaborations that provide new and substantial value to our subscribers and their businesses. 

As an Unlock MLS subscriber, you can access and show tens of thousands of Texas property listings throughout Central Texas, Houston, San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. No additional set up, fees, or subscriptions are required! 

Each of the counties served by each respective MLS, in addition to listings submitted to each system from other geographical areas, will be included.

No! Key Reciprocity access is included within your Unlock MLS subscription.

Nothing! Key Reciprocity with Highland Lakes MLS automatically went into effect on January 30, 2025. Key Reciprocity with HAR, SABOR, and Four Rivers have been in effect for some time. 

There ARE a few exceptions. Reciprocity does not extend to CO-OP keys purchased with another organization. For Key Reciprocity to work: 

1. You must subscribe to Supra eKEY through Unlock MLS; 

2. You must use a Supra lockbox at your listing; and 

3. Agents accessing your lockbox must also subscribe to Supra eKEY through one of the participating MLSs. 

No. The Key must be assigned by Unlock MLS or one of the organizations with which we have a reciprocal key relationship. 

Thanks to our Data Share agreement with HAR and SABOR, showing information for properties listed in these MLSs is directly accessible within Matrix. However, you must be a subscriber to the Four Rivers and Highland Lakes MLSs to access showing data for listings in these marketplaces. You can view showing data in their systems or through a tool like RPR. If you’re not a subscriber to the system the listing is in, you will need to contact the listing agent to obtain showing instructions. 

There is substantial overlap between the properties listed in Unlock MLS and those listed in the Highland Lakes and Four Rivers MLSs, therefore pursuing a Data Share agreement with these markets is not a priority at this time. 

Yes! If:

1. Your Supra eKEY subscription is with Unlock MLS and

2. You are using a Supra lockbox on an Unlock MLS listing, then any agent who has their Supra eKEY assigned by one of the participating MLSs will be able to show your listing without subscribing to Unlock MLS. 

Supra tracks all lockbox showing activity. If/when a lockbox is opened by an agent with HAR, SABOR, Highland Lakes, or Four Rivers, their Supra information will be included in your lockbox’s Showing Report. 

Professionalism and showing etiquette are a core practice for all Texas real estate professionals. You should always closely review and follow all showing instructions before showing a listing, no matter what marketplace you’re working in. If you do not have access to a listing’s showing instructions, directly contacting the listing agent and/or brokerage is the appropriate first step.
