The topics include professional standards, policies and procedures, brokerage and agency relationships, and business development.

The Texas-specific GRI® designation is obtained by attending an intensive series of classes that totals 90 hours of classroom instruction. Earning the GRI® designation is a way to stand out to prospective homebuyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. Texas REALTORS® who have earned their GRI® earn twice as much as non-designees.  

Texas GRI® has been updated to keep pace with changing laws, technology, and best practices. This designation satisfies the 90-hour SAE requirement for new Texas REALTORS®.  

Class dates: May 6th, 7th, 13th and 14th, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Daniel Hamilton

Dan Hamilton has held a broker’s license since 1989. He purchased his first office and within one year it was recognized as a Top-Ten Office. He bought in Burleson, Texas and within one year it was recognized as the Number 4 real estate office in the Region. He then started in Fort Worth, Texas. This office recognized as one of the fastest growing, diversified companies in the System. 

Dan Hamilton developed the Hamilton Real Estate Education School. He has logged over 50,000 hours teaching Real Estate Qualifying Courses and over 25,000 hours in Real Estate CE courses. 

He is the sole author of the Real Estate Marketing and Sales Essentials book, Real Estate Brokerage – A Guide to Success book, Perfect Phrases for Real Estate Agents & Brokers book, Texas Real Estate Law book, and Real Estate Agency Law.   

He is the President/Founder of InveSTAR’s real estate investment group. He has been the guest speaker for many meetings and conventions including the Texas Association of Realtors as well as serving on the Education Committee for multiple Associations. He has Instructor Training Institute (ITI) and Certified Real Estate Instructor (CREI) designations. He served on the board of the national Real Estate Educators Association (REEA). He was President of the Texas Real Estate Teachers Association (TRETA).
