In today’s litigious environment, real estate agents must be knowledgeable about the forms in their resource libraries that protect their clients, themselves and their brokers. Many of these forms and notices are beneficial for consumer protection as they offer relevant information for home buyers and sellers to consider. This class is intended to elevate agents and encourage best practices for a more thorough approach to covering assets and fostering trust

I enjoy serving as a real estate ambassador and broker for my home state of Texas as we grow and welcome new residents every day. I grew up in a family-owned business and learned first-hand the value of serving people. My background in working with Chambers of Commerce for more than 20 years offered a front-row seat to community change and forward planning for future growth. I apply this experience to working with my clients, many of whom are relocating here for better opportunities. As a fifth-generation Texan with a love for my state's history and heritage, I volunteer at Save Austin's Cemeteries and serve as a guide for the Austin City Running Tours sharing Texas culture with visitors and locals. I also serve as a Literacy Partner at a local elementary school and am the founding sponsor of Rockin’ Readers, a program to promote literacy in our community. I am passionate about music, fitness and travel and enjoy the amenities Austin offers by exploring the city's many music venues and hiking trails.
