The goals of this course are to educate real estate professionals on the following: The real estate market research and valuation tools that consumers can access online. Teach the pros and cons of automated valuation models (AVM); how they obtain and calculate data and how MLS and RPR tools help real estate buyers and sellers make informed decisions.
