Water Rights for Texas Agents: The Basics

This four-hour course is designed to give the real estate licensee an overview of water rights in a 21st century Texas which faces droughts, floods, and freshwater crises. Not only will the course teach the licensee the best ethical and practical practices involving water issues and real estate brokerage, but also it will bring the student up to date on the major issues in this important segment of real estate brokerage.
