Fethiye Starmach

Fethiye handles the implementation, maintenance, and support IT and information systems to meet the business needs of ABoR. She’s a hardworking and dedicated team member who enjoys the technical aspect of information technology. She earned a Bachelor of Science at Northeastern Illinois University and a Master of Science at Aspen University. Before joining ABoR, she was a Developer Systems Analyst at Texas Health and Human Services.
