Flex Listings allow sellers to retain exclusive fiduciary representation while keeping their marketing options flexible. It’s intended to serve as a stop-gap solution for sellers who are testing the waters, readying their property for prime time, or sensitive to the amount of information displayed in a complete listing.

Accessible within Matrix by all Unlock MLS subscribers.
May remain in the MLS database until the listing contract expiration date.
Included in VOW feeds but not permitted for display on VOW or IDX sites.
Smaller set of required fields for quick, limited data entry.
List price field is optional and not tracked, allowing sellers to “test the market”.
Average Days on Market does not accrue.
Compliant with the NAR Clear Cooperation Policy, with no marketing restrictions by the listing broker once the Flex Listing is delivered.
Upon closing, all sales information, including sales price, will be required.
